Purchase conditions
1. Object of the Contract
This contract regulates the relationship between Easy Trads and the client from the moment an order is placed through our platform. We offer personalized translation services, tailored to the specific needs of the client and based on the information and guidelines they provide.
The objective of these conditions is to guarantee the quality of the services provided, protect the client’s rights, and define our responsibilities as a provider. By placing an order, the client expressly accepts these conditions and confirms that they have read and understood all the terms described herein.
2. Delivery Time
The delivery time for the services offered by Easy Trads is established at the time the order is placed. This timeframe may vary depending on the length of the text, the complexity of the content, and the requested language. In any case, the client will be informed of the estimated delivery time before confirming the contract.
In addition to the standard timeframe, Easy Trads offers an urgent modality for certain assignments, with delivery in a maximum of 24 hours. This option, designed for situations in which the client needs a quick response, must be selected at the time of payment. Not all projects are eligible for this modality, as it depends on our team’s availability and the technical feasibility of the assignment.
It is important to note that, although Easy Trads strives to meet the agreed deadlines, delays may occur due to force majeure circumstances (see point 6).
3. Prices and Payment Methods
3.1. Prices and Transparency: All prices indicated on the platform include the corresponding Value Added Tax (VAT) and reflect the total cost of the service under standard conditions. Easy Trads does not apply hidden additional costs or unexpected commissions, unless previously agreed with the client for additional or personalized services.
3.2. Price Calculation: The price of each service is calculated based on various factors, such as the length of the text, the complexity of the content, the language combination, and the requested delivery time. In the case of urgent services, an additional fee may apply, which will be clearly communicated before confirming the order.
3.3. Payment Methods: We accept payments by credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Our payment system uses verified secure gateways to ensure the protection of the client’s financial information.
3.4. Security Policy: To protect our clients’ financial and personal data, Easy Trads uses hosting with an SSL certificate and advanced encryption systems. This infrastructure ensures that all information transmitted through our platform is protected against unauthorized access.
4. Jurisdiction
Easy Trads operates under the jurisdiction of Spanish law. Any dispute that may arise in relation to the interpretation, execution, or fulfillment of this contract will be resolved by the competent courts of the Province of Alicante.
This point ensures that any legal controversy is managed within the appropriate legal framework, offering the client and Easy Trads a neutral and appropriate space to resolve potential disagreements.
5. Available Languages
Easy Trads offers translation services in the languages specified in each of the products available in its catalog. This list includes the most demanded languages, selected to cover the standard needs of our clients.
However, we understand that some projects require specific language combinations or the translation of technical and specialized documents. For these cases, we offer the possibility of requesting language combinations and additional services on demand. These special requests will be analyzed by our team, and a response will be provided within a reasonable timeframe, informing the client about the feasibility, additional costs, and required deadlines.
6. Force Majeure
Easy Trads is exempt from liability in cases of non-compliance or delays caused by force majeure circumstances, understood as situations beyond our reasonable control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to:
- Technical failures: Interruptions in computer systems, the internet network, or third-party platforms used to provide the service.
- Natural disasters: Phenomena such as earthquakes, floods, fires, or other extreme events that make it impossible to provide the service.
- External interruptions: Problems with electricity, telecommunications, or transport services essential to our operations.
In the event of a force majeure situation, Easy Trads will notify the client as soon as possible and propose an alternative solution, such as rescheduling the delivery or refunding the service.
7. Corrections
7.1. Correction of Errors: In the event that Easy Trads makes an error in the delivered translation, we commit to making the necessary corrections free of charge. The client must notify us of the error within 7 days of receiving the document, providing clear and specific details.
7.2. Policy for Urgent Orders: For orders with urgent 24-hour delivery, if a significant error is detected that cannot be corrected in time, Easy Trads will proceed with a full refund of the amount paid by the client.
7.3. Changes for Style or Original Document: Requests for changes that involve stylistic modifications or corrections derived from errors in the original document will not be covered by this policy. Such changes will require placing a new order and will be subject to current standard prices.
8. Cancellation, Returns, and Right of Withdrawal
Due to the personalized nature of the services offered by Easy Trads, which consist of sworn translations custom-made for each client, it is not possible to cancel or return an order once it has been confirmed and processed.
In accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, approving the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
In the event that the delivered service contains errors attributable to Easy Trads, the provisions of section 7: Corrections will apply.
By confirming the order, the client expressly accepts these conditions, waiving the right of withdrawal in accordance with current regulations.
9. Intellectual Property
The translations delivered by Easy Trads are the exclusive property of the client once payment is completed.
We reserve the right to keep copies of the delivered works for internal purposes, such as process improvement or legal compliance. These copies will be managed and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Data Protection
Easy Trads complies with all applicable data protection regulations, guaranteeing that all personal information provided by the client is treated confidentially and used exclusively for the execution of the service.
Our system is supported by advanced technical measures, including hosting with an SSL certificate and encryption systems. This ensures that our clients’ data is always protected against unauthorized access. If you wish to exercise your rights of access, rectification, or deletion, you can contact us through the indicated channels.

12. Legal Information
Easy Trads operates under the trade name GRUPO MARCLO 2024 SL, with CIF B75318832 and registered office at 03570 Villajoyosa, Alicante, Spain. Any legal dispute will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alicante.
